Ensure your trademark is unique and not registered previously
The very first thing to keep in mind is the name of the trademark. It should be distinctive and new. Application filling on Ministry of Economy
2nd step is to fill out the application form online available at the website of the Ministry of Economy. - Power of attorney
- National ID card
- Property documents
- Documentation description of services and products.
Trademark registration fees

Ministry of Economy will wait for 2 months and then after no objection from any government or private members, your trademark will be registered. This certificate has a detailed description of the trademark including its trademark number, name of the trademark, owner of the trademark, its services, and products.
